3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
When you make a booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. We will send you a confirmation email once your booking is accepted. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency indicated and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation policies vary by trip and service provider. Generally:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the trip: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the trip: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by SandTrips
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities
5.1 Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.
5.2 Health and Safety
You are responsible for your own health and safety during trips. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
5.3 Conduct
You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully during trips. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or violates local laws, without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
SandTrips acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for:
- Any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during trips
- Delays, cancellations, or changes made by service providers
- Weather conditions or other acts of nature
- Loss of personal belongings
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SandTrips or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
8. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
